Role Model Hermit

indie folk.

mary in the junkyard is my 2026 discovery, i have had this album on repeat for a month. it feels like a haze. maybe my obsession with mary in the junkyard stems from the fact that big thief is one of my favourite bands and they're heavily inspired by big thief. in almost every song there's the big thief anguish that i so enjoy. role model hermit is very 2000s indie folk in a 2026 way, i love it
